and have completely refurbished it. This family home rental consists of 2 two
bedroom apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment. We are an easy walk to
Olympic Center Skating ( ideal for skating families) and much of downtown. We are
close to Whiteface Skiing. We focus on Seasonal Rental - We are available for both
summer and winter seasonal rentals.

Apt. 1 is for special events including the: Horse Show or Ironman - rental of $1450 /
week, or $175 / day, utilities ( electric, cable TV ) included.
Apt. 2 is a seasonal rental - Summer (May to October) Winter (November to April)
Rental of $950 / month, utilities excluded.
Apt 3 is rented annually at $500 / month.
